Basically, we have no liability for ANYTHING resulting from you visiting this website, including, but not limited to aggravation suffered because you have to read these stupid, but necessary disclaimers.

All bird graphics, gifs and animations, used in this site, have been taken from software packages or memberships for which I have PAID! . No bird graphics have been downloaded from any private sector websites. .If you have a problem with this, please email me with a link to the page on which your graphic appears, the artist's or webmaster's name and a copy of your permission for exclusive use. After notifying my graphics source and demanding a refund for my software, I will be happy to remove the contested graphic from my website. If you do NOT have the above proof of exclusivity, please do not bother contacting me.  It will be a waste of your time. Anyone harrassing or otherwise annoying people, businesses or links connected with this site will be prosecuted..
