I never cease to be amazed with the fact, that no matter how busy he is, he takes the time to communicate with you in a kind and compassionate manner. He understands that with most pet owners, these pets are not simply "animals", but important members of the family. He is very knowledgeable, and treats the animals with respect and kindness. His rates are more than reasonable, with an annual checkup currently costing $40.00, this includes rudimentary blood work. I brought my African Grey, Horus, in ill recently and know for a fact that what he charged was a tiny fraction of what the same service would have cost elsewhere. Appointments can sometimes run a little late because he is so popular, but the wait is well worth it, as there are many off beat works of art around the office to look at.
