Dr. Harland is the only avian vet I know of within 100 miles of my area. He was referred to me by a local veterinarian and is the only one who I have felt comfortable with. He has over 25 years experience and owns many bird of his own. He performed wellness exams and DNA testing on my birds. I have referred others to him and they were pleased as well.

Dr. Welch is the best avian veterinarian in this area. He specializes in birds, small animals and exotics. He is on the A.A.V board of directors. Dr. Welch has three other veterinarians in practice with him, Dr. Kerry Jones, Dr. Lisa Munson and Dr. Connie Wright.
