She is very gentle with the birds...very knowledgeable. She doesn't charge for unnecessaries, but she also encourages annual blood testing. She answers her phone, in the evening and always lets me ask every single questio or concern I have. I live in a rural area in South Dakota and am so thankful to have this wonderful avian vet in our small town.
