There is an individual out there who has purchased website domain names using the names of some well-known parrot behavior consultants such as Phoebe Linden, Mattie Sue Athan and Chris Davis. When someone types in these addresses, they are directed to this man's website, not the websites of the consultants.
He did not get permission from these consultants to use their names, and they are not affiliated with him or his company. Not all of the products he sells are worthwhile behavior solutions.
This is the same person who, without my permission, put an ad up on my guestbook promoting his parrot behavior kit. The ad has since been removed, but to promote something on someone else's site without permission is not good business.
We consultants have worked hard to get where we are. To have someone else come along and try to capitalize on our names is unfair.
