as well as if you have the courtesy to ask and not simply remove our work from either this site or WAL's last site.
We are still only looking to assist birds and their owners.
We will also continue to only work with those we feel are responsible,reputable,and dedicated to those same things we do. That is

We will be making a few minor adjustments to our services.
These will include offering our usual programs.
The Life Change's program
The Screened With Love Program
and the To Seniors With Love program
We will continue to assist owners who have Questions regarding their birds, regardless of the issue they need help with.
we will continue to provide a safe haven for those birds in need of one.
We hope to be able to place those birds that are adoptable Directly into approved homes working with the owner to make sure it is a proper home and that the owner approves.
we still believe that the less these birds are placed in different homes the better it is for that bird. We have found that many are friendly sweet birds whose owner is just unable to keep for one reason or another.
If the owner prefers that this not be the case We will place the bird with one of our members as a forever placement

We are at this time developing a couple new programs that will be started once we get things settled site built and members accepted back.
I felt it was important to get the site back up so that Ms. Fulmer could stop getting all the many emails for help. Not that she minds, we just hope to lighten the work load for her.
While We Are Loved has recently went through a shake up in membership and leadership, ownership will remain as it always has.
We do have a new President
as well as new Vice President.
We will not anytime in the near future be applying for Non profit. We have more important things to do with that 300.00 that it costs to apply.
This is not to say it will never happen However at this time we wish to worry about the main purpose of our organization.
That purpose being
The Birds and Their Owners.
We are however in belief that Non profit Status is NOT what it takes to make a proper and reputable Rescue. That comes from it's Actions it's services and it's members dedication.

Now that we are opening with new people and new services and a somewhat new direction we do hope that there will no longer be the Threatening emails, the catty he say she say. As well as the Site disappearing.
If in fact anyone has any first hand knowledge of any member of WAL doing anything unfavorable to the reputation of WAL Please contact us. Share the issue with us and please be prepared to offer real proof. we will not take into account Anything that anyone sends Unless they offer hard proof.
We feel that this should Always be the case in any situation.
I am new to running things but have a great group of people to help me.

Unfortunately until that time email and our returning calls is the best that we can offer.
We are very sorry for this However after the issues that arose with Ms. Fulmer and the threats made to her and her home I honestly do not wish to go through that. As I am sure is the case with anyone Volunteering their time to help others and their pets.
We are happy to be back We have had many local people calling and we have helped three birds get placed this past week through The Screened With Love Program.
We will be accepting new applications shortly we are attempting to fill those that are unfilled to start fresh.
